• After the successful uninstallation, you need to restart your system to save the changes.
• In order to install the Webroot, visit webroot.com/safe and then click Download Now.
• Open the downloads folder and double click on the file to run the setup then follow the instructions to finish the setup.
• Enter the Webroot keycode when prompted and then click close after the successful installation.

WEBROOT DOWNLOAD AND FORCE UPDATE – WEBROOT NOT UPDATING OR WORKING:

• Sign in to your Endpoint Protection using your username and password and then click on the Group Management Tab.
• Now select All Endpoints from the Groups pane which is on the left.
• You need to select one or more endpoints from the Group which is in the right pane.
• The Agent Commands Button will appear on the screen now.
• Select Download from the Agent Commands drop-down menu and then click Run a file.
• Now type webroot.com/safe in URL field and press enter and then double click on the downloaded file.
• Follow the instructions displaying on the updates wizard and then click close to finish the installation of updates.
